We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical and billing support to our customers across Kenya. This remote position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to satellite internet connectivity
Assist customers with billing questions and payment processing
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams
Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Provide feedback on common issues to improve our service and support processes
Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and policies
Qualifications
Diploma or higher in Customer Service, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical customer support
Strong troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of networking concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English and Swahili; knowledge of other local languages is a plus
Proficiency with CRM systems and remote support tools
