We were seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support our growing team across Kenya. This role was responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with our company values.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Coordinate training and professional development initiatives
Assist with performance management processes
Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the technology sector
Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and employment regulations
Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
